Kforce has a leading client in San Diego, California (CA) seeking a Business Systems Analyst.Responsibilities include:

• Will be creating BRD's and technical specs documents

• Be a Go-Getter- take initiative, collaborate, and be creative

• Experience in financial or banking industry preferred

• Experience with NOSQL preferred

• Experience with Visio preferred

• Scrum/Agile background (familiar with Agile and Waterfall)

• Excellent communication (will be working with stakeholders across organization)

• Strong Excel skills- v-lookups, regression lines, pivot tables

• Quick learner, able to learn and understand the proprietary systems they use internally

• Ability to read/run SQL queries (professional or in education)

• Ability to understand technical terminologies and relay it to business team effectively

• Ability to translate business requirements to technical terminology
